Hellow members.Newbie here.I thought this forum would be a appropriate place to ask this question.Would someone know for shure what material the adapter between a NP435 4spd and a Dana 21 single speed transfer case is cast iron or cast steel?I'm presuming cast iron.But I hope I'm wrong and its cast steel.Thanks

I believe its cast iron

I second cast iron. A welding shop should be able to tell. I think they can grind it and tell by the sparks it throws.
