Any idea how much wider? I'm told its an axle out of an older F150. I am pretty sure the bronco is 58" wide. I will just be pulling the housing and shafts out to use.
Just curious... because I know someone selling a 9" w/ 31 spline shafts from an old f150 for $50 and I know someone selling a 9" w/ 31 spline shafts from a 77 bronco for $150. but I don't want to buy the f150 9" and find out the housing and shafts won't work on mine. ya know?
The F150 housing and axles are to large for you, The F150 uses equal length axles where as the 77 bronco uses a longer passenger side axle. Buy the bronco axle
I had bent EB 9" housing I had currie make me a new one to EB specs. cost me about 400 with shipping.
