I can't answer the question of if it will bolt up, but if it does, it will clock the Ford driver drop case down instead of up. You need the countesunk holes drilled from the opposite side to clock the Ford case up.
Nope it won't work. I got the machine shop to make me an intermediate shaft with a cut in the middle and two flanges with 8 bolts it allows full spline engagement, the only problem is the the prototype ended up 5/16" to short so he made me a spacer.
oh..cool thanks for the replys..its just sitting here and I figured If I lift it up 4'' 6'' then I could clock it down a 1 notch to help front drive shaft angles.
