The only way I know of is to use a chevy 70hd with it's 14bolt spindles and hubs. Other axle bolt flanges are a larger od and won't fit the 5 on 5.5 lug pattern.
There was a vendor who offered aftermarket hubs in 5 lug variety though. |

The shafts need to match the hubs. The whole deal is GM used a smaller bolt pattern on the hubs/axles which leaves some meat you can remove.
