1999 SuperDuty D50 questions
I have a Dana 50 out of a 1999 Super Duty that i plan on swapping into the rig i am building (2x3x1/4" tube frame, 460BB, c6, 205, d60 rear, 40's and it will be a truggy or the 'Juggy' since its a jeep j-300 body) anyways..
I know that the TTB knuckles will not work on it to get it back to the 8 on 6.5 bolt pattern. I heard that i can take knuckles off of a D60 and swap them right on therefore no more unit bearing and whatnot. (will probably be going with Denenbear) Also on this Maxles company, I have found absoloutly nothing on them. Only word of mouth. Do any of you have a email address, website or phone number for this company? And I am a Machninist, so access to machines are not an issue (and knowledge) so how much would i have to machine off of the side gears off of a D60 lockright to get it to fit so it will allow me to run D60 shafts. Any and all info is appreciated. Thanks guys

I'd run it as cheaply as you can.
IE redrill the hub to 8 on 6.5 if you don't want the metric pattern. The only other way is to cut the outer C's off and buy the Denenbears C's and kunckles. By then you have an $ of tied up into a Dana 50 carrier.
