Want to build my SD

Hi i just moved to Kansas for school and had to leave my baby/trail truck a 76 F.100 pickup with a 390 V8, NP435,NP205 with 3:1, Stock suspinsion, 4.56 gears with a Detriot Locker in the rear, 33" Pro Comp Mud Terrains, and custom flat bed at home and take my DD to school. I want to build my truck for some mild trail use but still be able to drive it everyday and tow trailers and haul with it. The truck is a 02 F.350 Super Duty with a 7.3 Turbo Diesel, Manual Transmission, 4x4, with a K&N replacement air filter, Garnett Ceramic Ball Bearing Turbo, 5" MBRP turbo back exhaust strait piped, Pro Comp Leveling kit, and FX4 rear end. I would like to know what you would suggest to make my truck more capable offroad since I am with out a trail truck and have no were to build one. Any imput is much apperacite, Thank you.

Ya but I also need to keep the truck able to tow my gooseneck and 5th wheel trailers so I donʻt think I want to go much higher.

Most SD owners will tell you to ditch that K&N filter. Lots of horror stories on thedieselstop.com about people losing motors because of them.

Ya the k&n is just the filter and Iʻve had one on my momʻs excursion since it was new and that was 310,000 miles ago and no problems but it is on itʻs way out. Im putting in a AFE stage 2 intake :-).

Iʻve been looking at chips for my truck and the Edge A2 caught my eye but Iʻm not sure if they make it for my truck. Also Iʻve heard that you can run two different chips at the same time for more power is there any truth to this?

As for cutting my fenders I want to but I also want then to look good since it is my work truck and I need a good image when I show up to haul stuff for people, do the Bushwacker cut out flair enlarge your wheel well openings or just add more coverage, also I would like to run different rims with a different back spacing will this let me run larger tires? I saw some where that the Rubicon Express leveling kit will allow me to run up to 35" so that sounds to me like a good hight to run on my truck what would it take to run 35"s with my current suspension? Also does anyone have susgestions on a tire to run, the truck seeʻs quite a but of pavement but mud and rocks when i go play.

Air bags are out of the question for me, Iʻve had a lot of trouble with the oneʻs on my dadʻs SD with broken fittingʻs and poped bags and didnʻt want to deal with that so i swaped in built F.450 springs instead stiff as hell in the rear but never sagʻs :-).
