Nobody huh? I have done 5 sets of gears in Dana housings with good results but never a 9. I hear it is the easiest of axles to set up. So where would one learn this procedure?

Well, a simple google of 'setting up a Ford 9 inch' only returned 2.2 Million results, so I can see why you are having so much trouble finding info...

BTW, your post was #7.

Personally, I'd use http://www.ford-trucks.com/article/i...ear_Setup.html
