sounds like you've got air in the line. turn the key to power the fuel pump, but don't start it, do this about 10 times and start it, it'll be fine.

bummer, almost GUARANTEED to be an EGR cooler. The water/fuel drain is on the left frame rail below the drivers door on the inside. It takes a 6mm allen wrench to get it out. Most likely not your problem. You have water in the cylinders from the egr. Most likely, if you start it, let it idle for a minute or two and then rev it up slowly and keep it at a higher idle for a little bit it will clear up. Still need to replace the EGR cooler though. Also, there is a TSB that wants you to service the oil cooler with it. Are you still under your 100k miles? If so, its a warranty repair.

*EDIT*
It may also have stuck EGR valve. usually causes black smoke not white though.

yeah white smoke is usually caused by water/coolant in the cylinders.

overfueling can be white smoke
your nose will tell you if it is completely unburned fuel or water based issue

Sounds like EGR is you problem, should be covered under your 5/100,000 mile engine warranty.
