'83 Bronco Build / Tons / 38s / Dual cases
Getting the thing tomorrow. Its the XLT, in great shape. Ding in the door, motor changed to a 302, and a Duraspar conversion (whatever the hell that is?).
Couple questions. I have a 14 FF, and a 44 Front. Everything is custom fitted for a 74 International Travelall. Now my biggest question right now is_____ Will I be better off modifying wheel base to fit everything correctly under, or should I use the stock wheel base and shorten both drivelines. Changing the wheel base is self explainitory, and if I were to shorten the drive lines I would cut the desired length out and get DOM tube to sleeve it and burn it in myself. Drivelines will not be custom made or balanced. This is a very, very limited budget build. We got the bronco for 250 bux, and everything we use are parts I have laying around already. Very little will be bought. We will end up buying the metal tube for the cage and bumpers. Thats about it off the top of my head. |
