If your running anything larger than 36" rubber than i would go with the 14B and grind the bottom off it for clearance. If you do any serious wheeling you will find you will be shearing off axles in the D-60 unless you upgrade and even then you eventually break them. And if you are running a Detroit in the rear that too will explode when the axle gives out. If you go with the 14B from the start you can just dump your money into a Detroit and never look back. I have seen 14B hold up to 44" rubber with no issues.
i am running 40s on stock crapy 16 spline shafts with 85 to 1 crawl ratio and i have not broke them. I wheel the crap out of my truck and its fine
