I just want to know if I can mate the two of these together, right now I have a NP208 behind the tranny and I got the 205 in the bed when I bought the truck. I know the 205 is a much stronger case and would like to use it but I am not sure if it will bolt right up or if I will need an adapter or something. It's an 84 F150 but I'm pretty sure the drivetrain is all out of a 70s Ford

it will bolt right up. you will have to modfiy the shift linkage to work with the 205

okay thanks, I was thinkin about doin the twin stick mod anyways if it would work
