I bought a 1996 F-150 its got a fab tech lift.

previous owner said it was never flogged offroad... (bullshit)

anyway.... my passenger side tire is bent back about an inch, the axle in the TTB system is actually rubbing on the arm.

heres a pic.

so am I looking at a new front TTB setup or what?

I would say that your radius arm bushings are shot you can get them for like $20-30. If you were going to put a new ttb setup in it id cut it all out with a tourch and get a dana 44 solid axle and do a sas. my 2 cents.

I would guess a bent driverside axle beam (impact from striking something), or the pivot bracket for the driverside beam is bent rearward.

Both can be replaced without replacing the whole axle.
