quick bumper question, interchangeable?
Found a sweet deal on a 91 f150 with no bumpers. I have an 86 parts truck, just curious if these will go on easily. Did some googling couldnt find much info.
I could always make some but that'll take me a few months (busy with school) So I'd like ot just bolt them on, or maybe make some small mods. Thanks =) Both are xlt lariat f150's mine has a tow package if it matters, this one appears not to, but pics are shitty

front is different. rear should work just fine.
look at pictures of the two and you'll see the obvious outer difference, not to mention the mounting.

The 80-86 front bumper will go on an 87-91, the holes are there in the frame for it, but, as stated, it doesn't match the body, 87-91 are wrap around to the wheelwells, 80-86 are not.
The rear will be a bolt on with no issues.
