85-91 Kingpin Dana 60 Tie Rod End taper?

I have a 1990 KP HP D60. I am replacing the steering components. The truck the axle came out of was wrecked, and the passenger side TRE hole is wallowed out so bad that the stock TRE will not draw tight. I can not afford to go with an aftermarket steering setup right now (planning a B-Fab double shear setup eventually).

I found this http://completeoffroad.com/i-123283-...ana-44-60.html and was hoping it would fix my problem, but there's one thing. I do not know/ can not find, what Ford's TRE taper is. The Chevy TRE taper is all over here and Google.

So, what is the Tie Rod End taper for Ford Kingpin Dana 60 axles?

I called O'Reilly (where I got the parts) and had them read me the measurements. They are smaller than the Chevy 1 ton TREs which ARE 7* taper. The Ford may be the same taper but narrower at .727" up to .621". The Chevy is .778" to .675".

What I need is a TRE sleeve to adapt a Ford TRE to an over sized hole. That may get me where I need to be. I don't have anything here to measure the hole with unfortunately. I know that the hole is larger than .727" on the bottom though!

I really think I'm gonna just bite the bullet and but the B-Fab setup. I mean, it really is worth the money, and will last for a LOOONG time, regardless of what rig I may be running.
