Looking great Chris now I just need to get the buggy done so I have something to wheel besides my little trail Bronco. BTW nice shot of Todd in the one picture!

I measured a pitman arm on a 79 bronco, it is 6.5'' center to center, and is has a slight drop to it.

Trimmed the rear fenders out they should be able to clear a 42" tire as it sits in the rear. Will be going to 35 spline outers in the front when I do.
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Also finally mounted the front license plate. ![]() Ok cool there are couple of 78/79 trucks sitting at upullit right now I can snag the pitman arm off of. |

That truck is looking really good. I would like to build a Ranger at some point. Keep it up!

Why is it sitting lopsided?
I love it dude. I recommend picking up some of that cheap door sill strips from autozone (they have chrome and black) and run around the cut lip to keep from slicing into the tires when you flex it all the way out. |

This^
Took me a day to figure that out myself it looks the worst in my driveway. Quote:
Also looking at a nicer set of shocks (fox 2.0's maybe 2.5's) so that it has a little less body roll from the soft front coils.

shocks will help, but you really need a sway bar in the front. Go talk to Jason at twisted, he has all the goodies in stock. it will make an amazing difference off road and it will be alot happier on the street as well.
TJ front suspension is horrible without a swaybar, and really good with! |

http://www.currieenterprises.com/ces...t.aspx?id=2767 It will happen eventually for now it handles fine. It is a lifted truck not a racecar and gets driven as such. |

Nothing to major. Trimmed the front bumper, ran the oba lines, painted the axles and derusted/painted the frame.
Still need skid plates, front fender trimming, wiring for the zip lockers rocker switch, front driveshaft install, and the hubs to show up. It will have a good set of trail photos hopefully the 19th. The bh4wheelers are doing an iceman run which will be a good break in. Taking the truck down to houston in august if I get leave approved so I probably won't be beating the hell out it on trails. |

Driving it. Truck has no issues holding freeway speed and gets 14-16MPG mixed so hopefully that will work out to 18MPG or so for the trip down. Only thing that has me worried is its a 2600 mile round trip and those poor tires....will be some fun wheeling down in texas.
