yea pg&e owns the lake and the land around it, including the "committee" trail exit/entrance that they let us use, pg&e dropped a bunch of trees to block off the places people were driving through down to the lake and put up a few signs warning people not to drive down near the lake, we keep pg&e happy we keep the committee trail
