Towing in the trail

So I’m considering towing in the smallest toy box made into the waterfall on the Cisco side. Anyone seen one down there before, or any other type of trailer. If they can make it so can I, so not too interested in advice, just sightings.

What's "small"?

I've never seen one down there.

I’ve towed a 16' car trailer and a 8' quad trailer in to Fordyce lake a couple of times and it wasn't bad. Where is the water fall you speak of? If you’re talking down to the committee crossing it's not gonna happen.

not sure, think it might be committee crossing.. but we might go on a trip up there to check it out first. It always seems like nothing in the rig bombing the road, but i'll pay attention this time

height will get you will the trees. two years ago in july some loonitic tried hauling a camper in and took his AC unit off just before getting to the lake. i wouldn't go past the shitter unless you want to end up like that blue dodge on 33's. he made it down to comitee but it took better part of a day to get him back out and that was without a trailer. Anything can be done but i wouldnt do it.

Let me know what day you're doing this, i'll be sure to be there with the camera

don’t worry phil, just drive through it if its in the way. There is nothing on the roof or hanging off the sides, if we end up trying it, i will defiantly post pics for entertainment.

my neighbor was thinking about towing it down with his Tacoma on 44"s, he as towed me out of the trail before, dead with 4 flat tires and not much steering. Not so sure the toy box would be more difficult, the weights are similar.

Dude, seriously why would you take a toybox down to the by pass. All your going to do it fawk it up and make it shitty for everyone that is trying to get in or out of the trail.

I agree 100%

Going in to the lake will not be bad but if you go down to the river I would think the hard part would be the dirt hill and the rocks below that. It is a tight turn around the tree.

I think Dom is talking about taking it to the south east side of Fordyce lake. NOT down to the river crossing!!! I bet the yota could pull it down there... It is supercharged!!!
