Yes, we are now officially incorporated and non profit for both federal and state purposes. We are in the process of getting some receipts printed up for your tax deductable donations. A big thanks to the sierra chapter of NAXJA as well as all other contributers that made this possible!

Toni has been my girlfriend for about 10 months now and has extensive experience in fundraising and non-profit creation, after recently creating her own non profit focusing on supporting families impacted by childhood critical illness, such as cancer and on supporting the development of esteem, empowerment, creativity, resilience, and wellness in youth.....So I guess it really worked out for us. Can not thank her enough for her hard work in helping us in getting to this point
