hey everyone me and my crew went up to fordyce friday night, i ended up snapping one of my rear leaves in half, completely twisting the other one, and i broke a center pin in my front drivers leaf. and a long side axleshaft/birfiel(doesn't sound like the birfield though) got everything fixed but the front axle shaft. started driving out and my front shackles bent. i have everything i need to do fix it. i just need a couple people with rigs to help me get there and lend a hand.

im stuck in auburn, so if anyone can help me out, please give me a call.

no luck today. long story. no its not my samurai, the slammy is all taken apart right now. my 4runner is the one faggin out. thanks for the responses, and since i dont know anything about this hummer extraction. im kinda curious.

Hummer extraction, Bebe and some friends went up to Fordyce, got caught in a little snow, broke a bunch of stuff on the various hummers and called in the calvary.

we're goin friday so pm if you want to go.

thats good stuff. i think what im gonna do is get a ride back to chico tomorrow night. work thursday and friday, drive my little truck to eagle lakes road friday night and hopefully get my shit. at least that is the tentative plan.

so im goin in friday night with some rigs. we are gonna camp at my rig. work on it saturday. i think we should be able to get it. i got most of the work done sunday and monday. so if anyone going in can just make sure there isn't you know like a random rear axle leaving the trail, or like my engine in the back of a truck. that'd be great.

i cant imagine another wheeler stealing something. but im sure there are people like that out there.

if anyone has a longside axleshaft and birfield for my front toyota, ill have beer and cash on hand when you find us.

I was on the trail monday and the rig looked un vandalized. I camped at meadow for the majority of the week and there was not much wheeling traffic. Good Luck getting it out.

thanks everyone for your help. you know who you are. got it out saturday. still cant really turn left. and my steering is still all boogered.

to make the end of this week worse. i just got pulled over on my way back into chico by the highway patrol. he pretty much hammered me.

he busted the measuring tape out. measured my headlight height, frame height.

so now i have to get my frame 6" lower.

i already wanted to lower it, so ill finish the suspension the way i want then put 27" tires on it to get it signed off.

but basically. getting a fix it ticket for 4 things was not the way i wanted to end this.
