Sorry no pics. The truck is a sweptside (sp) longbed. The only non stock thing on the truck is a small RV style mirrors. Other wise OEM. Oh one other thing it has a Sun tach. That is the kind with the sender under the hood. Cheers.

Just wondering, have you attempted to fire it off since it was parked? i.e. does it definitely not run, or might it start?
Also, just curious, what engine does it have? I don't know much about Dodges from that vintage, so I don't know what exactly was available (i.e. 360, 318, 383, etc). If it's still available, I might be interested...

though...Don't worry about me snagging anything; I don't have anywhere to put the stuff that I already own...if I get the Dodge, the intention would be to fix it up and sell it (I know, famous last words)...it would be a fun project truck. But if it looks like I'm expressing interest in something you want, just LMK.Did you by chance get those air horns to work?

The Dodge has not been started for many years, might be 10, I forget. It is stored under a carport in Humboldt (sp) county a little north of Garberville CA. The distance is about 240 miles from San Francisco. Give or take a few. The truck has a CA non op on it at this time. It has a 318 V8.

!The sad irony is I might be going up to Humboldt County next weekend with family...I'd stop by to take a look at the truck, but I don't htink my mom or my uncle would let me. If I can figure out where to put it and if it's still available when that happens, I'll see what I can do...if nothing else, I've always liked that bodystyle and have always wondered what it'd be like playing with a Mopar. ![]() Quote:
It was worth a shot, eh?
