I shall appease the Pirate 4x4 with a few more pictures, although they are just knee deep in wiring and plumbing, so it's not a large amount of stuff to look at.

Dave ran what appears to be the exact same unit on his car and it survived a year of racing, rollover, and fire. It had less support from the hoses than this one does as well. A billet piece would be peace of mind I suppose.

That is the one from the fire

We've re-used several little pieces that were salvaged from that car in different places on this build. One large item would be the block. Sonic tested, Drilled, Sleeved, and fully built into a 427 from an iron 6.0.

what brand are those brake lines and where can I find them? My whole brake system is plumbed with flexible lines and it is pretty spongy, those lines look pretty solid, I am thinking if I use those my brake feel will firm up..?

This is exactly why. The bottom of the axle tube is still lower than the skid. And while standing 5'10 on 40in GY's the car has 10in front uptravel.

And, since we've been waiting for the Cone spindles for the front for some time. Sandy was kind enough to give Dave some basic measurments so he could at least make a temporary set to get the car rolling and front caliper bracket's finished with.

Yes, the spindle is 2 pieces, Yes it's welded together. No it will not race KOH on these.

And the finished package installed onto the Reid Knuckles.
