Ok got moved and started working at it. I started one hub today

This hub has 8 tig passes beveled both sides to get complete penetration.

This has both 8 lug pattern and 6 lug TT pattern.

Well i found my 22" shafts did not come close to the WMS i was looking for.
So i ordered 25" shafts on each side and should get close to 24" front travel with the inner cvs hitting 27.5*.
looks like outside of tire at 83-85' up front.

What kind of Steering degrees can you get out of those Heims?

Looks like fantastic clearance with the joint tucked up that high, Nice Work!

What size is that bypass ? Looks like it will take up alot of real estate in that upper arm.

Depending on witch ball i run in the joint 35* or 30*.

I have the option of getting more steering if i feel i need it but im going 30* now with a
3/4 bolt for strength.

I am assuming that you are going to strip the chassis before finish/coating and have the whole thing heat treated? And that is why you chose 100% chromo everywhere?

Badass build man! Keep the photos coming : )

I 100% doubt he is having the entire chassis heat treated.

What's the point of having a chromo chassis with mild steel welded to it whether it's suspension related or chassis related? If you want to be cool, you better see it through the entire way

Really excited to see this come together. I always loved your old rig, but this is certainly taking it to the next level.

I also love that in the days of people farming their builds out to fancy fab shops, you're getting it done with a wood chassis table while simultaneously pushing the envelope forward in new directions
