i've done some reading up on this but would like to see what you guys have broken and what has hed up well.
i'm going to put 4:1 gears and hd shafts in my dana 300 and need to know what manufacturer to go with. seen some of the pics of busted 4:1s and i really don't wanna deal with that crap. thanks in advance!

I have LoMax from JB Conversions. They are very beefy and I haven't heard of anyone breaking them. I also got their front output shaft, it looks like a solid piece, but I haven't installed it yet.

The JB gears look to be much beefier all around. The tera ones look like the puny stock gears. As for the outputs, I went JB front and Tera Rear for price. The shafts on the rear tera and JB ones look the same. I would have prefered to get the JB one, I just could not justify the extra cost at the time.

JB conversions 4:1 Lomax gears and front output, AA rear output. When it arrives, I want the extra short Novak output, but the 3 year long completion date is getting old....
