Evidentally many of us missed something on that forum and on the FOTR list. Little Sluice is next. Actually, I'd like to see everyone post up their gatekeeper pics. It's gone now, we might as well remember it.

Why? No official reason I know of.. my geuss to prevent more damage to the trail/hilside by gateker by eroision when the big rocks start moving, and the hill starts coming down, and or possibly it was "to difficult" so new trails kept being blazed through the brush? Why? I don't know those are guesses.

I fought this in every meeting I attended, I will continue to fight blasting Little Sluice, as well. Limited blasting may be a good idea for maintenance, but I'd prefer it to be an effort of last resort, applied only after every other reasonable solution has been implemented.

Gatekeeper needed work. I'm not sure it needed blasting. Regardless, with the blasting done, now FOTR is going to need help with the next step: raising grade back level with the concrete for erosion control.

THOSE FUCKING IDIOTS, IT IS A 4 WHEEL DRIVE TRAIL THERE IS SUPPOSED TO BE OBSTACLES!!!! COOL MAYBE THEY WILL BLOW UP THE WHOLE TRAIL SO THEN i CAN TRAILER STRAIGHT ON THROUGH TO TAHOE

THEY DID MORE DAMAGE IN A FEW SECONDS THAN US WHEELERS HAVE DONE IN A FEW DECADES
