JR is starting 7th. He will win.
Ian Plaine is 13th. He is an unknown...but a great driver and a smart fawker. I expect him to finish in the top 7.
Tom Wayes...a PBB favorite in this race. Pulled a good number (16)...drive smart and keep calm he will be a top 5.
Kevin Yoder...a little far back in the pack (19), but the toughest rig built. He will be in the top 3.

Here is the best part of the race. Shannon pulled number 43...dead last. Hold on boys and girls you are about to see the most exciting race of your life......this I can guarantee. He may not win...but I expect to see him place 6th.

I understand Randy has engine problems. If that buggy was 100% he would win it with a #3 spot.

I say JR needs to be looking over his shoulder for Tom......

Last I heard on the radio station, JR's rear steer was out and they sent someone to run for parts.

i dont think anyone with air shocks will be in the top 5.

i think the lovells will finish in the top 10, pistole will be in the top 15, and i hate to bandwagon but JR should win this race. he has the equipement, knowledge, and skills.

I agree 100%. He is out of my list because of what I heard about the engine problems.

4.5 minutes at the starting line. If Tom doesn't get around quite a few rigs before the rockcrawling...JR is going to leave everyone in the dust. You absolutely cannot beat portals at the Hammers.

I'm rooting for JR because I recognize about 5 names on the driver's list.

I think Shannon will make a good showing but there are some long stretches of desert in there, it'll be interesting to hear how those air shocks react.

there are a lot of skilled drivers and good equipement but knowledge of the area is key.

randy, jr, and chris know that place like the back of their hand. there are some other locals that are in the mix john james, hendrix, md, bender, scott ellinger, and others but they dont have the equipement to mactch JR. i agree that randy would be competitive with a reliable rig, but that rig has been nothing but problems from the get go.

i am excited to listen as it unfolds tomorrow and sad i cant be out there. hopefully this continue in the years to come.

they were for the initial run o fthis race last year.....
