Ya, Protec Alpha, it's pretty comfy. I ended up wearing it even when out of the rig in case I fell over. Didin't want to drop my camera or beer.

I have to smoke the tires to get up that exit waterfall on Big Pimpin'. You muddy bastards aren't the only one's who know how to nail it. ![]() The rock here isn't as grippy as most rock is. That slanting slab on the first obstacle on Big Pimpin' is so slick you can't stand on it or walk up it, and you're trying to stick to it so you don't slide down to the left into that undercut. It's a pretty technical spot. Plus, when you do slide down, it's a bitch to get backed out and lined up again. Farmer Matt rolled it there, and the guys thought I was going to roll. Big Pimpin' is a kick ass 100-150'.

Then the BIG PIMPIN' Falls is the out, no real good way to shoot this one to understand it but . . .:
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Once richard made it up, his tires were so hot, all the sand stuck to them like hot glue.

That area has so much potential, it's insane! That was a great weekend of wheeling...
I'm not sure what happened with the ram. The shaft didn't bend. It seemed to have bent internally where the right & left shafts thread together. Matt |
