Edelbrock Hydraulic Bump Stops

I found these while researching for some air bump stops.

A Google search for them reveals a few speed shops selling them for as low as $100.00 each.

Anybody know anything about them?

Looks like a fitting nitrogen fitting on the top and I'd guess that the air the same as what we use since they are on the same page as the airshocks........

Are they really compareable to a Fox or FOA bump?

It seems they're all on Racing sites and not off roading.
I'm sure it will definately blow away some poly bumps.

For the price I think it's worth me giving 'em a shot.

So far the cheapest I have found is $100.31 at Race-Mart. I just ordered a pair and the grand total with shipping was $215.00.

That's a deal to me!

These are quality air bumps, comparable to a Fox. I didnt realize they were available yet, kind of doubt that they really are.

Looks like FOA has some cheaper competition!

If you look at the picture just right you can kind of see a step in the body about 1" from the bottom.

Still need to find out if they will fit std cans since they do not appear to come with cans. If they do, then damn these are a good deal even with paying extra for the cans.

the pdf file says that they will fit in "existing 2.0" I.D. mounts". What do the cans measure?

I just got off the phone with Edelbrock's Tech Department. Their initial response is that these are NOT going to be offered by them. They are instead going to be sold through a private label. Since I already placed an order for them, he is going to find out what the real deal is and get back with me.

I also called Race-Mart (where I bought them), and they had no knowledge of them not being offered, and were also going to look into the matter.

I'll post up what I find out later.

Sounds to me people are not talking to each other because they are already posted on both websites.
