I remember that hunk of shit all too well, he tried to run me off the road the night that I left to come down here to vegas.
It needs to be taken off the road now if not sooner.
And that "body lift" is nothing but angle iron...

All I can say for this thread is it makes me feel like a fabricating MARVEL!!

I've done some really stupid shit before but I'm actually pretty surprised someone doesn't have a pic of one of these gems in a ditch upside down with the frame detached from the body

Its one of those little side road repair shops. Hard to tell if its one of the employees or a customer. Either way its scary. I will give them credit though, at least it has a front driveshaft in it.

I was there that weekend.

It blew my mind when I saw the setup on that truck. It does hold up though. Apparently he's been running it that way for awhile.

But I'm not impressed at all by it. Smaller trucks out performed it by a good deal.

It's only advantage that weekend was one one hole that was about 6' deep. It would've drowned any other truck. The bottom was fairly solid and it still took him about 8 times goin' back and forth to get out.
Fish washed out of the hole....don't worry, we threw 'em back.

Norfolk, NE.

I drove by one night on my way back from Yankton. I saw the Tahoe/Yukon/Whatever on the solid axle swap, and figured I'd take a look.

When I saw the beginnings, I kept driving. I am sad, because I would have liked to have seen that steering arm in the first pic up close.

I feel better about my hacked-up shit now.

Should I link everyone to your mega ghetto steering shaft fab pic or would you like to link it yourself?

Maybe your not ALL that ghetto, but you most definatly have some shit fab on your rig.
