Starbird Show

Got a good look at this awsome rig at Starbirds show. The workmanship is second to none. Keep up the good work & keep us posted on race dates!

Great work on the build!! This is an awesome rig that is being driven by a great guy for an excellent cause. I have been touched by this disease and want it cured so people don't have to deal what it brings. Go get it Levi!!

That light bar looks like it has tailgate style ends? As in rotate 90* and it pops right out?? Killer idea.

is that the final position for the fuel filler neck?

at tech for the reno stampede i was nick named the fuel nazzi by jeff...and to me it looks like there is way too much oportunity for the driver/hot radiator/hot shock reservoir/electrical components to be soaked by a gas can that missed the mark in a fuel stop.

Yes, it's mounted where Levi wanted it. You do make a good point. We will just be real careful and use a BIG funnel.

Fund Racer

The light bar is one of my favorite components on the car, rediculously simple. Oh and the rest of the car isn't bad eaither.
Great turnout at the show. We collected enough donations to pay a researcher for 7 days. Which doesnt sound like much in those words, but in the grand scheme of things, thats huge. We are doing this all year long until SEMA show in November so we are hoping that we can raise enough to pay for a researcher for an entire year.
The LLS was very happy, and what a great way to gain exposure for our sport as well.

Starbird

By the way, Daryl Starbird himself was present for the dedication. He has custom built over 100 show cars. He shook my hand and said "what a fantastic job your builder has done, well put together, that's a car!"

Great job Ryan and Don

We are doing things as fast as we can! Alot of small things left to do. Someone one told me to "slow down, it's not a race"! soon it will be time to race, I want to be ready. Going to miss passing you at KOH

so, if i were to win this, will it be Levi or Don who pulls it apart to have the chassis powdercoated? I get to pick the color, right?
