Let’s start at the beginning. Friday after class I took her to lunch. We ended up hitting it off pretty well and just talked for like an hour until I had to get back to work. So, we made plans to hang out Saturday night.

I picked her up and we went to dinner. Again, good conversation, everything smooth. We decided to rent a movie and hang out at my house. So, we’re sittin on my couch watching Minority Report, talking a little, and just looking at each other and I decide that I just have to kiss her. So I go for the kill. I think she was a little surprised at first but we ended up making out for like 10 minutes. All of a sudden she gets up and tells me that we shouldn’t have done that and goes on about her boyfriend and all that nonsense and then leaves. So basically I think I’m fucked and going to have a very awkward class with her every day for the next 4 weeks.

So now it’s Sunday night. I hadn’t talked to her all day, hadn’t seen her online. I get a call at around 10:30, pick up, and she says “I just broke up with him.” That was it. I mean, I expected it to be way harder. 3 years with this dude and that’s all she wrote. So we have plans to go out tonight

All I can say is don’t hate the player, hate the game

Seems everyone is making some mighty big assumptions without knowing a damn thing about the situation. Maybe I should assume that her ex beat the fuck out of her daily and Pimpyfresh was her way out???
