My twins birthday party is this weekend, so we'll probably break him out Monday morning, or the evening after their party.

WORKS, sooooo well.

Couple new ones. The kids thought it was funny that he was using the toilet. I put little chocolate chips in the toilet water.

My 11yo refuses to believe there isn't a Santa Claus...she bought one of these for herself.

We're not going to purposefully burst her balloon, but we don't do anything to shield her from the truth, either.

This is truly an awesome thing. I am looking forward to doing this in a few years. Our son is only 4 months old now. Maybe next year.

I bought one for my 2 year old, but we're keeping it PG.

I have seen some funny ones floating around.

So we're rolling with it.

Thanks bulfrog3 for the elf dooky'ing in the john. I used your chocolate chip idea. Girls thought that was the funniest thing they'd ever seen.

We also had our elf taking a bath in a pot on the stove (no water).

Our daughters figured the Elf could hand-deliver a note to Santa for them, so I used this letter generator:
Letter from Santa: Create a personalized letter from Santa Claus.

my sons grade 1 class has one and the teacher said it has done wonders for some kids. she wishes she could use it all year! The kids have fun finding it each morning and if they did something good the day before he may have left a surprise on there desk.

As for our house we have a in ceiling hvac with ducts in every room. My son thinks they are what Santa uses to spy on him...... not sure where he got that idea! :devil

My son was the same way at 3 when we first introduced the elf. But now he really believes, and could swear he saw him move yesterday

My kids really dig it. They're having fun with it. My wife had been setting him up around the house, doing basic stuff. Last night I finally had some time to set one up. They had their share of laughs this morning...now to top it tomorrow

Monster Jam Fun

Ill be pulling some of the ideas off of here.
