I like the look.

I would get it mechanically sound and rock it with the exterior just like that.

Aside from the carb being in need of a rebuild, it's fine. Got a great sounding 327 and a turbo 350. Mostly needs rust repair and wiring. I was thinking of painting it the same colors.

i just repaired one on sat that was horribly hacked and have no idea what it was supposed to be, i just duplocated the 2/3 pivot rod setup.

Wish I could help... It has a turbo 350 with a cable operated shifter.

My buddy had one for a while. He put a blown 305 in it (he had it laying around). That thing was a lot of fun and would do burn outs for days.

I was pretty surprised what $20 of CLR and scotchbrite pads did to my land cruiser. Might be worth a try.

Cool. I scored a 67 Chevy 108 Sportwagon with a different popup conversion and custom cabineted interior this winter. I'll start it's own thread later. It has a step that pops out when you open the side doors.

Thanks... I picked it up a month ago; paid way too much for it according to the PBB crowd. I just couldn't pass up the old 8-Door Corvan!
