I'm going to buy a couple of thousand acres of farm land and become a welfare farmer, with the winnings.

Let uncle sam pay me for not planting cotton.

Bought $5 for myself and the wife, and threw in $5 in a pool at work. Between all of us at work we have about 150 tickets.

Sent from the surface of the sun!

For a dollar bill I'd much rather have the 1 in 176,000,000 chance, over the 0 in 176,000,000 chance.

Actually, when the jackpot gets this high, it isn't

The odds of winning the jackpot had been set at about 1 in 176 million.

so theoretically, if you had a spare 176 million lying around, you could invest it in lottery tickets... get every single number, and win the jackpot of $640 million.

On top of that, you would have hundreds of second place tickets, each worth a quarter of a million each

On top of that, you would be holding a million other tickets which had partial winnings.

I found $40 in my work pants that I haven't worn for a year today, so I'm getting a 6 pack of Sweetwater 420 and the change is going towards tickets.

Then I'm going to buy P4x4, just for the hell of it.

unless someone else wins too, in which case you have to split the jackpot with them.

I never played the Lotto in my life. BUT I did buy 3 tickets last night because a couple of guys were going crazy about Mega Millions. I got 3 tickets with Megaplyers for six bucks. What is a damn Megaplyer and is it worth getting? Or should I of just dished out the six bucks for 6 tickets?
