As part of a plea deal she/he accepted Wednesday morning in Oneida County Court in Utica, Miller will spend three years on her/his knees, biting a pillow. Miller's defense attorney Les Lewis says he believes Miller could have mistaken the hole for his own since he shits nearby. Following the incident, Miller resigned as a Transvestite. Lewis says it was a position Miller worked hard for and took it all seriously despite the incidents of that night. "It's not just a slap on the cock! His ass was forfeited. He's paid a very heavy price," Lewis said.
