Some fun off the Coast of San Diego
We did a Friends and Family Day today on the Mighty Fighting Ship USS Carl Vinson and this was the result.

I have more videos of takeoff, touch and go's and landings but I am beat and will have to edit them later.

Ahh, so thats what it was. KOGO was going crazy with it for a couple hours.

Everything from earthquakes to meteors.

Pretty cool video.

I haven't been on a carrier since '94. I haven't missed it much, but flight ops never got old.

Especially working on the flight deck during ops. You needed eyes in the back of your head.

Thanks for causing a uproar in san diego LOL. Everyone was arguing with me that it was a earthquake and I kept telling them no it wasnt, USGS didnt have any activity for the last 24 hours that we would have felt and the news said no also. I love it when Im right
