They rented from me for a little over a year of a 2 year lease and I am wondering if the busines is doing well for them.

Joe is a winner and Cary I am ok with the existing seller staying on top I dont like messing with people who have worked hard to get where they are. My problem is when people spout how upstanding they are then leave your belongings out in the rain when you let them borrow tools then return things you buy to help them out for money to leave town and "start a bakery" not to mention leave a trashed house. Im sorry for the rant but the list is mega long and as a property manager I know I was too nice but I feel like If no one is then we all end up hating everyone.

Their bakery is not a legal bakery as of yet based on permits pulled with the state board of health.

There is a "cottage foods" exemption that permits baked goods however they cannot use any potentially hazardous components ie cream cheese icing, that will keep them from having to have a permit provided they are sold direct to the public or at fairs and the like.

A vindictive landlord might call and report the alleged bakery to the department of health and let them investigate them.

Well at least ndeep is offering to work for money for that i cant blame him but i need to take a high road as i would rather not have bad carma/juju whatever.Im filing for lost rents and larceny on her bf/future hubby and for info he is an out of work contractor who has gone by riley tree in the past and i can send you pics of his work if you are wondering why.

I'm a quick study. This genius hops on a forum and tells us we can get a cupcake from some assholes in Bentonville, but the cupcake shop is in Florida.
