I have the log of Lewis and Clark next to my bed. I read a page here and there.
Holy shit the Natives smoked a lot of weed. Love looking at these pictures. Sucks now with all the traffic and confusion.

I new where this picture was taken before I read the comment. I grew up in this picture and have to say it is amazing to see how it has changed. Now there is a hotel at the bottom of these buttes.

They were of the town taken from the same spot. One was taken in 1900 by a guy who had to haul his equipment up the hill by mule, and the other was taken in 2000. Basically both pics were the same as the first shot was taken before the town hit it's heyday and the other long after. |
