This dude is a TOTAL MORON

Not only is he annoying as all hell in person but he also has the intelligence and maturity of a 9th grader(he graduated last year)

He has done numerous things that just show how stupid he really is but tonight crossed the line. We were at my other buddy Travis' house and my motorcycle helmet was over there cuz' his brother borrowed it when they went to Pismo cuz it was a smaller helmet. Anyway the other guy there Craig had a solid bar of lexan I'd say 2"x1.5'. I put my helmet on for no reason and Casey ends up with the bar and he says "Can I hit you with it??" and my reply was not only EXTREMELY SARCASTIC, but had that "NO YOU DUMBASS sound" to I said hah sure

and wouldn't ya know the stupid fawker did just that.

So I took it off and said "Casey you stupid fawker WTF??" "you said I could hit you" " I was being sarcastic" "....so....." All the other guys were like " how could you not tell that was sarcastic?" And again a kind of mumbling nonsense answer outa him

Now if you know anything about the thick styrofoam dirtbike helmets, you know that they are only good for one big impact before replacing. My thoughts are this was equal to falling off my bike at a good enough rate of speed to do some damage to the helmet. I told him to suck it up and buy me a new one but he said " No it didnt hurt it"
I dont know what to do, Im just pissed right now and I know hes a stingy/poor/cheap bastard.

What would you do in a situation like this? These helmets aren't cheap. The cost to replace the kind I have is like $150

You can do two things, call his Dad, he is a good guy, or call his work. Sorry Casey, but you are responsible for your actions, and I would be pissed if Brad got killed over this

When you know a persons disposition and lack of maturity.... it's YOUR responsibility to act accordingly, given the knowledge and intelligence of him. Dogs aren't bright, but if you tease them silently, they'll snap at you potentially causing grave bodily injury.

Take the helmet to your doctor and see if he will get it Xrayed. That is what we do with racing hekmets after a big crash. You can then examine for hairline cracks in the helmet.
