Re;Todd------YOU DONE GOOD !
As most know by now, Todd ran his first competion- CRCA
He and Phillip had never run as a team, but being Benders, they are as brothers and worked together well as a team !! (The 'spotter' usually goes un-noticed as the spotlite is on the driver.) It seems as tho one of Todds' greatest fears was not to let down the Benders------ Todd, you did yourself and the Benders proud. If lung power could have made the difference, you would have flown over the course !! All the Benders that were there, were by far the most vocal group in supporting their entry ! The showing of 'Team Re:Todd ' was the best birthday present an old guy could get !!!

Todd:
Your's was one of the only runs I got to see and it was brilliant. You guys did great and the crowd loved you. Krusty, we did not find out it was your birthday until AFTER we did the birthday's or we would have pulled you up on the rocks to get sung to as well. My apologies. I fully look forward to seeing all the Bender's back out in March. You guys are the best. Todd. Thanks again for getting my Goodyear stuff! Talk to you soon. T

That run was awesome, they were running that course at a blistering speed untill a flop two gates from the end
Todd and Phil formulated a plan for the recovery and went to work without even having to say anything to eachother, they worked that well together They got the rig up and blasted through finish in just enough time to make the main, but unfortunately took out a cone mid course so they were out It was a great effort, you two did good

I'd say Re: Todd's run was the most entertaining of the whole event. Damn good job guys! I would have loved to see another go around in the finals. The verbal support of the Benders was outstanding.
Other balls out runs were Jack from CTM, and Mitch in the Allpro Jeep. Mitch was on a blistering run until getting hung up in Hell's Kitchen. Both of Jon's runs in Tiny were amazing as well. I personally loved the format of this event. Not as technical as others, but way great to watch. |

Jack spotting for Garry and Jim spotting for Cody. Two of the best displays of spotting I have seen.
Let's not forget Trail Hand Dan for Roy either. They may have rolled, but they gave it hell. The Bender Boys, what can I say, WOW!! EJ for Tommy must have done something right! Since Tommy took first in that class! There is fierce competition in Modified, March is gonna be a sight to see!

You guys put on a fun event, my only complaint is that it's a bit slow. It wouls be great if you were able to have a couple courses going at the same time so the pro class and finals didn't go on late into the night
I'm considering running in March, but it's gonna be overwhelming running the bib boy class for my first comp

I think it would be awesome to have a Bender in every class. If it can't happen for March, then hopefully for next season!
Come on down Benders, we love having ya. I know it must be intimidating to have to run Pro for your first comp Mustard, but, if your rig is built for it, that means you have the talent and experience to get it done. "Face your Fears” I bet you'll do great and have a good time!
