Fistful of Boomstick

goin' back to Cali.
The United States government in its infanate wisdom has decided to send my arse across this great land.
Again........ I look forward to the great U-Haul adventure that waits. Jeep in tow i will venture forth. The hills of Penn. The expansion joints of Tenn. The never ending state of Texas. The rolling emptiness of Az. to reach my goal of the great Republik of Kalifornia. I long for the days i remember. smog but can not smoke in bars hide my guns sell my ferrets ground that moves beyond my control thank god my jeep is a 67 now and i dont have to play with the DMV actualy i have only been away 7 months and i cant find a good carne asada borrito to save my life here. i am freezing and i miss having some of the best offroading in my back yard(as long as it doesnt get closed before i get there) I will be stationed at Naval School of Health Sciences, San Deigo and start off as their web designer (WTF?? i went to school to be a friggen biomedical photographer) I will be needing a home in that area so if anyone wants a roommate or is renting out a place i will be leaving here late march |

Why don't they save several grand of our tax dollars and just have you build the website from where you are now.

There's an excellent German restaruant here in San Diego. It's called Kaiserhof. I can taste the venison medallions in a forest mushroom and peppercorn sauce now.

Hey Gary,
is Rancho Santa Fe a "ritzy" snobby place to live? my sister just moved down there..... sounds spendy. what's to do around there if I drive down to visit? any nice tool stores? surplus stores? steel scrap yards? neato-type wheeler places? --Sherpa

Rancho Santa Fe is "RITZY". Notice the "all capitals". It's the Beverly Hills of San Diego county. All the places you mentioned will be down in San Diego itself and 10 miles east on I-8 in El Cajon and that area. There's M.I.T. in El Cajon, Border Parts in Spring Valley and some metal and surplus scattered around. |
