I need help finding out how to get rid of these types of pop ups I get when I'm not on my comp...
ie... I can leave my computer on for maybe a couple hours, and come back to it and find 4 of these types of pop ups...

how do I get rid of them?

Worth a shot - look for a thread in the last 2 days on here talking about getting rid of Messenger pop ups...

Get a firewall! Better yet, I see you have XP, which has a built in firewall......turn it on!
