My weight has been staying about the same since I have started. I think I must be gaining muscle mass as I loose weight because I am eating much healthier that I was before. Hopefully in another week or two I should be able to know if thats the case.

Heh...if he does Interval+ there is actually quite a bit of jumping exercises in it, not sure how the regular interval training is but I would guess it's about the same since heart rate is the goal with it.

I am down 3 pounds since I started, but that is normal fluctuation for me, if I go more than 10 down I know I am getting results because 10 is about normal for me. Thinking I am gonna go for a jog in a bit to test out the new heart monitor I picked up on the cheap.

Put in our order last Saturday, hoping it will arrive by Friday so we can start up on Saturday.....we bought some dumbells, mat, pullup bar, and other stuff at welfaremart for about $60....tried a few pullups, I fully expect the door frame to have issues at some point and for me to break a few bones when it goes

Will start posting up with you when we get da stuff....I'm at 190 myself, 5 foot 10....in shape, I run about 175 lbs (small bone structure), so hoping to be there around New Years, but with kickass abs and ripped...

Well, two weeks into this and I can already tell my stomach is getting flatter and some of the jiggle is disappearing.

FYI, DONT do ab ripper two days in a row, it kills!

Just got back from a run and I can feel an ever so slight difference in my endurance, heart rate is a bit high though so I need to either adjust my pacing a bit or get a lot more cardio done.

That is one thing I like about this program is it involves cardio in almost every aspect of it's workout. I finally did a rest rate but going to run another tomorrow morning when I first get up to get a more accurate reading and to log improvement.

I skipped one day and was making it up and it worked out I did it 2 days in a row. I only did about half of it the second day though...

better than yesterday. i dunno if it was a mild case of food poisoning, or a stomach bug..... got the shits really bad, and bubble gut. been eating anti shit pills to help out.


regardless, i was able to hit arms and shoulders, plus Ab ripper with full force tonight, unlike yesterdays "i feel like shit" workout i did
this is the last shoulder and arms on my sheet for a while. i finished out doing the same or more reps with more weight on almost every excersize

tonight was a lettuce wrapped turkey burger with garlic onions. sweet 'tater french fries. totally, TOTALLY hit the spot
need some more ground turkey dinners.

my local randall's near the shop has 1 dollar deals on those bags of salads, and 79cent tuna cans.

so lunch has been 2 cans of tuna ontop of one of those bags of salad, with some pesto basalmic vinegar dressing. fucking outstanding! and cheap as fawk!

Did some Plyo today and I can say i FULLY BROUGHT IT! Sweated like a whore in church too! I could tell I was jumping higher than the last few times and could keep up with the other guys doing it.

Did YogaX yesterday afternoon. How the fawk do they get into some of those positions?? I would try, but i focused my energy on staying in position, not breathing and concentration. Fawk was i sweating for such a low intensity work out. Those 90 minutes whipped my sore arse.

Hell, some of the positions i couldnt even get into yet, my boday wont let me.

However, ive lost 2 pounds (188 to 186) since i started 4 days ago.

yea, yoga X is hard. the reverse squat prayers are difficult to keep on your feet. especially when you look up, and your staring at the fan spinning

tonight is yogaX.

i find myself sweating very hard the first half. the second half IMO is easier.


question: why da fawk is everyone doing different stuff on different days? the first three weeks are all the same, so everyone should be complaining about the same stuff the next day......?

Actually if you have the plus schedule it is different (slightly) than the regular and the lean workout is different as well.

I started on a Sunday purposely so the stretch day ended up on Saturday.
