The only one I have left is the 400, the John Deere was useless any way.
I had put a mounted 2 way plow on the farmall H It was a pretty sweet set up, but the H was a little under powered and 1 plow takes awhile to plow a field. The 400 with the live pto and fast hitch and the 2 bottom is the cats meow for a recreational farmer like me. Last edited by whiskeydented; 09-26-2009 at 11:17 PM. |

I am going on a hunt for our old Farmall 350. It is floating around the county still and I want to get it back.

I've got an un-styled '37 John Deere Model B that's been in the family since it was brand new. The motor needs to be repaired / rebuilt.

It sucks he leaves them outside but they will last much longer than a SBC under those conditions. He has a nice collection, I'd be in heaven with a backyard like that.

That is how it works with me all the time. I just bought a John deere dozer with a 2 cylinder gass engine. I got it for $1200.00 and already pushed a small road. I will get some pictures soon

My dad just bought this one out of an old lady's barn Surprisingly it needed very little work to get running. It's mechanically in almost perfect shape, it just needs a bit of paint work.

For those interested, I was talking to my mom two nights ago and mentioned that I'd posted a picture of Dad's Super C on a website. She said he's lost interest and wants to sell it.
So if you're anywhere near northeast Ohio and want an old tractor, holler at me. I'll give you a number.

i had a '39ish farmall a "cultivision" when i was kid (10 years ago). i stupidly sold it a few years ago. it had a snowplow, 1-bottom plow, and a cart it could drag around. that thing would always start, cold was non-issue.
i have recently upgraged to a new kubota L4400, 4x4, gear drive trans, blah, blah, blah. i like it ![]() it makes it easy to drag my junk around by myself

What size engine is in that?
My dad just picked up an old Montgomery Ward walk behind that he used to use as a kid, as his mother is cleaning the property up. His is about a 3hp engine, but the actual physical size of the engine is comparable to a 10-15hp of today. Right now he is using sickle mower on it, he has the blade and cultivators.
