Miss Misery Drag Truck

So who's seen this thing?

So it on Powerblock, it's an 80s C10 4x4 with 3000hp, an SCS t-case, 9" rear, and 9" D44 Hybrid up front.

Anyone have any online info on this thing? I think I'm in love

I doubt it, I would bet it's a nodular unit built for drag racing.

Well, when they interviewed him, he said they couldn't keep 1350 joints together, and had to go to all 1480 billet joints, so I'd say the 9"s are holding

Damn, judging from the contact # on his website Bobby must have moved to Florida. He used to live about 20 minutes from me. He set up the gears in my old Scrambler.
Great guy that does great work at great prices. He was doing mud drags, he must have gotten tired of cleaning mud off his junk.

4.99 ain't too bad but for 3000HP it ain't good either. I have a friend with a 70 Camaro pushing 850HP with a 500 spray. He is running 5.30 in the 1/8th mile.

speed to hp are not parralle.

the faster you want to go the exponetaily more hp you need.

ex: on top gear when they ran the bugati veryon [which has a in dash meter to tell you how much hp you are makeing] it only took 250 hp to reach and maintain 150mph. to go from 150 -240 it took the remaining 800 hp to reach and maintain 240.

After seeing that episode of Top Gear, I'd give my left nut to drive a Bugatti Veryon.

Oh yeah nice truck

Its a nice truck, and I would like to drive it. I just don't think its making 3000HP. I would say those times would be more around 1500hp. Not that I'm an expert but I have spent a few years going to the track and helping build a few drag cars.
