Transport out of California east is at a premium

There are good buys to be had in CA because the economy sucks
and most folks aren't buying & selling to one another

The 'parking brake' charge is just an excuse to pass on
your haul - at least you were informed of the extra charge
before your vehicle was loaded

Most guys don't find out until their vehicle arrives

You either pay what the driver says you owe or
your vehicle gets impounded

You can call the cops - they will tell you it is a 'civil matter'

Bulk transport is 'bait & switch' for the most part
