Bebe's Hollywood Half/Tube Doors
So I'm taking the H3 to our neighbor and friend, Dave "Hollywood" Eulburg, so he can build me some Half/Tube Doors. I am calling them - My "Hollywood Half Doors"
![]() Here is a pic of her naked with no doors ![]() ![]() Here are several door options I found to help us with a design ![]() I really like the mesh ![]() This one is square tube on a diagonal - very much like ![]() This one is a little too bulky but a good example of a higher door ![]() This one I just found interesting ![]() We also need to incorporate the flare that attaches to the rear door, but they pop off really easy, so that will be easy. So decisions decisions.....off I go to the shop!!

Hey Opie - I was about ready to start one of those "Whatever Happened Too" threads on you and Bryan
![]() Luckily for us, the H3 is fully boxed frame and very solid. And honestly these tube doors are maybe a 1 or 2 season thing until I can find 4 junkyard doors and make some real half doors....but these trucks are very scarce and GM wants $400 a door just for the skins! I fully plan on it just being a summer season thing - but I've bet you heard that before ![]() But yeah, I will probably do things I shouldn't, and take risks I normally wouldn't. Hope you are doing well, and that we run into each other on the trail sometime. Bebe

I like those too!
![]() I'm so dependent on them because the visibility is so diminished in those teeny chop top type windows. The ones I have now (OEM) are HUGE...I may have to try a few before I decide.

Theses dam things are such a box! And the hinges make every thing so difficult! I really wanted to make the body lines work with the doors still, so they don't look dumb. On top of that, the door seals at the bottom are very important due to the ECM being behind the kick plate on the floor board!
We sloped the doors to follow the roof line then kicked it back up at the front door to meet up with the hood, giving the side opening and the windshield a pissed of aggressive look... In my mind.... I'm so happy you like! Ok back to work.... Next is figuring out the new door latches and buttons on the door switch'eszeszz?👍
