Military rim thickness

Can someone measure the thickness of an H1 rim for me. I am at work right now. I have the 8 bolt rims.

specify location for measurement. They have some (not much) variance between the "bell" and "ring" sides.

I actually mic the short side inner and it was 1.5/10ths"
I want to widen the short side5" to make them 0 offset. Ill be putting on some 18" wide tires.
