Free Scout II body tub. Has damaged firewall and some rust. Great tub for a crawler build-up or ? If you're looking for a tub for a restoration then this tub is NOT for you.

Bellhousing will work with an IH T18 or T19. Use this somewhat rare bellhousing to put an AMC258, or an AMC V8 such as a 401 into your Scout!!! Will bolt to any D18/D20/D300 (with the right bull gear of course). $200.00, or may seperate. I'll throw in a used AMC starter plus bellhousing bolts'n'crap if you want. Trades considered (See Below).

2)A near perfect Scout II chrome rear bumber with brackets $20.00/Trade (this'll move fast here I'm sure)

3)Dana 20 TC from a Scout II (I've got two, and will keep which ever one doesn't sell for spares) with a single stick shifter and 6 spline manual tranny bull gear and output yolks. $100.00/B.O. (or $50.00 if bought with the AMC/IH bell and T18 tranny!)

1)I need a sheet metal I4 equipped Scout 800 clutch inspection cover (can be from a T90 or T18 rig-same part#). It MUST be from a FOUR CYLINDER 800 (mechanical clutch) as a Scout 80 (hydro clutch) has a different bell with a different cover, as does an I6 or V8 application.

2)A Driver's side front fender for a Scout 80/800. I can make do with one that's less than perfect AS LONG AS THE REAR THIRD or so of it is UNRUSTED and UNMOLLESTED. My curent fender's fine EXCEPT FOR THE BOTTOM SECTION JUST IN FRONT OF THE DOOR. I could cut and weld a patch from yours (if the afforementioned section isn't boogered), but I'm lazy and would prefer a complete unit.

3)A rust free liftgate for a Scout II.

4)A rust free travel top for a Scout II.

5)A rust free travel top or cab top (1/2 cab) for a Scout 800 or later roll up window Scout 80. I've got a good liftgate already, so I'd gladly take a good top with a crappy or missing liftgate.

6)A Waggy or Cherokee offset D44 rear (as used with Quadratrac T/Cs). I'd prefer 3.73 or 4.09 gears. Also looking for shafts/brakess for same. Thanks for the housing Mike!!!

7)A matching Waggy or Cherokee D44 front.

8)An 8 lug part time disc brake Dodge or Chevy d44 front with 3.73's or 4.10's or...........A Chevy or Dodge open knuckle kingpin D60 front axle, complete and sold to me for the going price of said D44. (1/4 the going rate of a D60 front!!!)

9)A FF 14Bolt C/C or 1-TON SRW rear with 3.73's or 4.10's, Gov-Lok OK (just goin' under my tow rig). I have a clean 3/4 ton Chevy SRW pickup (42.5"CTC spring pad) 14bolt FF rear with brakes and cables that I'd trade (local) for this to save my lazy ass the trouble of moving the spring perches to the 1-ton position (40.5"CTC) for my IH pickup. Otherwise I'll just cut and weld the 3/4 ton pig I have now.

10)A Warn O/D for a D18 transfer case.

11)IH Delco I4 and V8 Distributors.

12)IH Prestolite I4 and V8 Points-type Distributors.

13)A Scout II fan shroud.

14)A 1971 IH Pickup V8 fan shroud

15)A new set of standard cut D44 4.09/1 gears

16)A Bell housing from a Loadstar/Cargostar/etc. that had an MV404/446 and a T30series five speed (don't ask why)

17)Bull gear for a Scout 80/800 Dana 18.

I'm open to partial and/or full trades. Let me know whatcha got/need. I'm not big on shipping the bigger item(s), but will consider it. Money's tight right now, so I can't buy everything listed at once! My zip is 94928

I have to sell stuff to fund the trail truck.

4-17-05 New items added!

For Sale

NEWSII front d44, SOA, cut and turned, new Warn lockouts. 4.09 gear with spool, never run, still with setup grease on. Owner wants $400.

'75 SII. 304, FI, 727, d20 d44, sua. Body was relatively nice untill I flopped it on it's side. Hood doesn't latch and passenger door is hard to open. New master cylinder, needs a booster or something. GM throttle body injected. Has 3.73 gears. $1000 obo

One (and another soon) 152. Ran when pulled, has a spun bearing. Local engine shop said it'd be about $80 to fix the crank. (I think) The other one has bad compression but has been a (mostly) DD for a couple years now. Asking $100 each.

T-90/d18 combo. I know nothing about the condition of this combo. $150 together or $100 each. I also have a t-90/d18 in my scout now, will be for sale when I get my new drivetrain.

Two 727 autos. One is forward only and the other is reverse only. Good for rebuilding or a core. $50

A couple d-20s with chipped teeth. Good for parts? Best offer

Squarebore 4 barrel intake, domed pistons, camshaft, lifters, timing set, valve springs, valve seals, all new in box. Pistons are Jahn's and everything else is Comp Cams. $300 for the lot.

Front d27 with 4.27 gears, Complete from drum to drum. Pulled from a driving truck 8-21-05

D27 gareset, 4.27 ratio. $25?

I can get pics of most of the stuff if anyone wants.

Chevy 4.3 complete and in running condition, preferably fuel injected with computer and harness, etc.

Good tires in the 35 inch range.

I will consider trades

If you are looking for something not listed PM me and I'll talk to the local Scout guy and see if he has it.

Eaton Chevy rear, 8 lug FF 65" wide, Detroit locker 250 bucks

Buick supercharged 3800 L67 V6 Engine and supercharger both spin, internal condition unknown. Make an offer but don't be dumb about it

Complete Power Plant 304/727/d20

Going to be doing a motor tranny swap on my 74 Scout. It currently holds a reliable 304 mated to a strong 727(pan trimmed for c/v shaft up front), twin sticked d-20. This is all coming out including tranny shifter and all motor components. Would make a good swap for a dead power plant or for someone wanting to go automatic. $1000 OBO

Free 232

I have a 232 sitting on an engine stand (not included) that came out of a 69 Aristocrat. The rest of the parts from it are sold so please don't ask. This is just a motor with new gaskets and a few buckets of small, misc. parts. Must be picked up in Bennington, VT 05201 or you must arrange shipping. I have a shipping dock at work that it could be picked up at. Just take it off my hands.

IHC Loadstar 1600, 1973, only 70K miles, Oregon

howdy guys,

We're getting ready to pull the flatbed and knuckleboom off of this 1600 and move it to a diesel cab/chassis. At that point, this 1600 will need to go, and pretty soon. I can sell it locally to a farmer or logger for making a watertruck; but it'll just get trashed that way, and that'd be a shame.

This would be a pretty good truck for restoration. The driveline seems real solid....has a great 5-spd that shifts tight like new, and a sweet clutch. Real easy truck to drive. 2-spd rear axle.

Cab interior is good, dash is great, and most of the body sheet metal is fine. No rust to speak of. The right front fender was dinged around the headlight, and pulled out, and a crack was brazed. Other than this fender, I think the rest of the metal is good.

Brakes have a slow leak somewhere...might be a rear wheel-cyl. I top it off every 2 weeks. Power brakes, power steering. Tires are fair.

If you have a 26K GVW diesel/airbrake cab-n-chassis, I'd take that in trade and I'd put some cash with the 1600. I need about 12-14' of frame behind the cab.

I'm near Medford Oregon. I'm asking $900 obo, and am willing to negotiate.

Would trade even for a good plasma-cutter (60-80 amp), or a small MIG plus cash, or ???

If you'd like a nice IHC Loadstar 1600, give me a call and lets talk.
