I got my USAF ass shipped to Texas and am thinking about my IHCs back home that I didnt bring since I'm only here a year.

Anybody near the Bum fuck town of Wichita Falls Tx have a Scout hook up?

Scoutmadness is like 2 hours from here, maybe a road trip in my future.


Or I'll just buy that new Dodge 2500 with the 5.9L I've been eyeballing.

Electronic theory and principals gives me a hellova headache and I need some weekend play time.

Not bashn on TX, just Wichita falls. WOW all I have to say. Local circuit City tried to charge me $215 for a 1GDDR stick, mailordered it for $112. Crazy here.

Unless you fly to Scout Madness you aint gettin there in two hours from the "falls".

The scout group I run with be having our yearly Roundup the second weekend of next month.

Welcome! Be happy that your in Texas! There are many places to wheel a lot of different tarains(sp) (but not a lot near by), lots of different groups all over the place, and theres grass and trees unlike Nevada(only been to Vagas).

I'm brousing the North Texas Binders website now and wondering if TX Scouts have gold plated rust. But thanks for the site maybe somebody will put something up later.

close, i was 4 hours east of him, now 5.5 hrs south since i moved. theres the brothers brune in north dallas. message fredo on the NTB site. he'll know where some scouts are, even if he does pimp jeep parts for a living.

Well I think I'm on IHC hold till I get home I just coughed up a left nut for a new Dodge 2500 5.9L quad bab long bed 4X4.

Now all I need is real tires, bumpers, rocker guards and a some other do dads for it. I went to the local "truck acessory" place in this pit and left disgused at the junk they tried to sell me.

Is your Dad babysitting the Binders while you're gone? If so, then have him take a few pictures of them and wipe some Binder grease on the next letter he sends you.

At least with that new $$$ Dodge you can haul new Binders and parts back home!

I actauly rebuilt the Travelall's suspension and steering all the way around with new brakes, wheels and tires, and ignition. "Stuff" happened with some parts and so I never got it field tested before the trip. So I flew down here and was going crazy without a truck.

When I fly back for Thanksgiving I need my shotgun and rifle now to do some pig hunting.
