Or if some one is interested I will let it all go for $1500 and I will also throw in a 14 bolt housing and you can build a full width ¾ ton scout. All you would need to do is build the 14 bolt. Parts are in good shape. I only used this setup on three different wiling trips and I decided to go a head and build a buggy. This set up was prefect for a trail rig but I want some thing more hard core.

I have a pair of 1904 carbs for sale, one from a 152 the other from a 196. Both are complete, and all parts move freely, but they will need a rebuild $30 shipped any where in the 48 states.

I am parting out a 1968 Scout. Pretty much complete. Missing some small things like side mirrors. Outer panels seem to be in good shape. Some rust in typical Scout spots, but I have seen MUCH worse on other Scouts. Not sure on the engine, pretty sure it's not original. I haven't looked to see what size it is but it is an 8 cyl. Not running. Msg me with what parts you need and I'll let you know if I have them and send you a pic of it. I have only just started to take this thing apart so have patience with me. Tailgate is pretty clean with only a small rust hole on the passenger side. The hood and front clip have small dents in them.

Good running BG241 with clutch, 4 speed bell adapter. Stalls once in awhile when dropping to idle. I think it's the Pertronix as it didn't do it before.
Used it a year ago to tow my Ford F350 flatbed and a J4000 to scrap yard (at the same time) Had to drop to 3rd gear on hills (not geared right and oversize tires didn't help)
Motor is coming out in a little over a month so there's no rush. Being replaced with either 345 or 304 (already have one of each)
4 speed trans will be for sale if the 5 speed Clark I have will fit from the '71 Loadstar 1800 that's going diesel. It's getting a Dana 70 upgrade in rear (from a CJ10a) and hopefully D60 front (temporarily will have an open knuckle D44 with 8 lug disc brakes)

Saved a 1980 Scout II from the crusher. 196 four cylinder engine, runs great - will swap into the Scout 80/800 series with a little work. Four speed transmission, dana 20 transfer case. Asking $175 on engine, $275 tranny/t-case. Will help pull for free, will pull for fee after parts paid for. The truck is complete and runs. I'll keep it together to allow interested buyers to come drive it, run it through the gears, check out the axles/t-case/brakes etc. Not interested in selling her complete as its full of rust. Has a good hood, liftgate, tailgate, and fiberglass drivers fender. Axles are improved caster angle Dana 44's with front disk brakes, geared 3.54's. Black pillow top 60/40 split front, pillow top rear seats. Front has tears - could be fixed, rear in excellent shape.

Everything is up for trade too...
I pulled my engine this past week from my 1973 D200. The motor is a Twin turbo V-8 392 that has about 2000 miles on a rebuild that my uncle did when he had his machine shop. I twin turboed it with custom manifolds electronics and all. However, a mishap with a POS timing light caused me to blow a head gasket...don't know which side need to do a compression check. I think it is driver side cause it smelled like it @ the exhaust. The turbos were from two separate skid steer tractors and I had it to 11psi and it ran well...with 37" Toyos a Detroit locked 14 bolt military axle in it would light up the tires nicely. The 4spd. T-98 clutch couldn't hold the power and just slipped.. The engine comes with all accessories and 650 cfm Holley carburetor setup for blow through. I will also include the custom 3" dual exhaust down pipes on back. Engine has electronic ignition (Pertronix),boost referenced fuel pump, starter, alternator, custom exhaust manifolds to mount turbos on.
